Cancellation Policy

For reservations made directly with Azure Tropical Pool Villas Krabi:

The cancellation date and time are based on Thailand time (GMT+7).

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a no-show and the booking amount will be non-refundable.

No refund will be provided for unused nights resulting from an early departure after check-in.

Requests to change the dates of a reservation must be made in writing.

Date changes are subject to availability and may be subject to price differences or other applicable charges.

A date change is not confirmed until we provide written confirmation.

If circumstances beyond the guest's or property's reasonable control significantly prevent the stay from taking place, we will consider the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a date change, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Any refund or alternative arrangement will depend on the circumstances, applicable law, and the terms of the reservation.

If your reservation was made through Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, or another third-party booking platform, the cancellation and refund conditions displayed on that platform at the time of booking may apply.

Please contact the platform directly for cancellations or changes where required.

Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or booking platform.
